OnePlus Prioritizes Refresh Rate, Colors
OnePlus's 165Hz push materialized across its lineup: the OnePlus 15T features a native 165 FPS gaming mode and the Ace 6 (OnePlus 15 variant) leaked with a 165Hz 1.5K display, indicating the higher refresh rate strategy did play out as predicted. No article indicates the OnePlus 15 launched with a refresh rate at or below prior-gen standards, so the falsification criteria are not met.
What would prove this wrong
The OnePlus 15 launches within six months with a refresh rate at or below current-generation standards and no notable color differentiation, or if no competitor response to higher refresh rates materializes in that time.
